Groups:
Where Tools Become Skills
Kevin Dunn Skill-Building Groups are not traditional support groups—they’re interactive learning environments where caregivers develop practical skills for immediate application in real-world eating disorder challenges. Through skills presentations, guided discussion, and scenario-based practice, participants build confidence, resilience, and greater effectiveness in supporting their loved one's recovery. Every session is designed to help caregivers learn, practice, adapt, and become skillful through intentional action, scenario review, reiterative learning, and continuous improvement.
