Support Services Individualized to Meet Your Needs

I’ll “meet you where you are” whether a diagnosis is new or your treatment journey has been lengthy. For caregivers, the most effective skill-building focuses less on "fixing" the “challenge” and more on developing the caregiver's ability to respond consistently, effectively, and sustainably during a long and (often) difficult recovery process.

Our skill-building work together will include learning and applying the tenets of active listening, persuasive interpersonal communications, the resilience protocol, Family-Based Treatment (FBT) principles, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills, change management precepts, Motivational Interviewing (MI) practices, emotion coaching, and awareness and appreciation of cognitive dissonance.

I work with families and caregivers virtually…and, with prior arrangement, will meet and work in-person.
